1. Overview

Due to the specialized nature of fine arts, historical artifacts, and professional appraisal consulting provided by Eureka Index LLC, all services and transactions are governed by strict client agreements. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, cancellations, or refund requests may be evaluated.

2. Advisory & Valuation Services

Consulting fees, appraisal research, and provenance documentation services represent rendered intellectual work. Once an official research project or appraisal report has been initiated or delivered, service fees are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a formal engagement prior to the commencement of physical inspection or archival research, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

3. Physical Assets & Collectibles

For curated decorative art pieces or vintage items acquired directly through our advisory procurement, clients may request a return within 14 calendar days of physical receipt under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its exact original condition, free of alterations, damage, or wear.
  • The asset must be returned alongside all original documentation, appraisal certificates, and specialized packaging.
  • Return shipping must be executed via an insured, climate-controlled courier service approved by Eureka Index LLC, with costs borne by the client unless the item was materially damaged during initial transit.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and physical inspection of the returned asset at our Santa Fe headquarters, our appraisal team will verify its condition. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Inquiries & Return Authorizations

To initiate a return or request clarification on an ongoing engagement, please contact our administrative team at [email protected] before shipping any items.
